Welcome to Food Sense - Meal Journal (“the App”), a food logging application developed by İrem Karaoğlu to help you track how the food you eat affects your body and mind. By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Food Sense - Meal Journal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.

2. Ownership

The App is owned and operated by İrem Karaoğlu. All rights, interest in and to the App, including any updates, modifications, or enhancements, are owned by İrem Karaoğlu.

3. Use of the App

  • The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Use.

4. Account Registration

  • Food Sense - Meal Journal offers subscription services that provide access to premium features.

  • All payments are processed through the App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the App Store’s payment terms.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

  • The App collects data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

  • The data collected is stored anonymously and is used solely for the purpose of improving your experience with the App. We do not collect any personally identifiable information unless explicitly provided by you.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App.

  • The App is intended to help you track your meals and how they affect you. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • İrem Karaoğlu and Food Sense - Meal Journal do not take any responsibility for your health decisions. Use of the App is at your own risk, and it is important to consult a doctor for any health-related concerns.

  • You retain ownership of any data or content you enter into the App.

  • By using the App, you grant us a license to use, host, store, and process your data for the purposes of providing and improving the App.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App’s security or functionality.
